David Dickey, Veteran and Notable Trial Attorney
David Dickey is a dual-graduate of the University of Florida receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science (1981) and a Juris Doctorate degree, with honors (1992). In addition to his extensive experience in the areas of personal injury, professional negligence, wrongful death and commercial litigation, David brings a notable military background to the Firm. A U.S. Navy veteran, David proudly served Naval Aviation with Fighter Squadron Two (VF-2) flying the F-14 Tomcat as a RIO logging over 1,000 flight hours and 250 carrier arrested landings. In 1986, he graduated at the top of his class from the Naval Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) and went on to work in a special projects position with the Navy Operational Intelligence Center in Washington, D.C. Military awards include the Navy Achievement Medal and the Navy Commendation Medal for meritorious service. After leaving active duty, David served in the Naval Reserve assigned to the Defense Intelligence Agency unit with the U.S. Central Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida, including support during The Gulf War.
